PackSpot OÜ’s goal is to ensure fast and reliable delivery of goods.
- For products in stock, delivery takes 1–3 business days from the time the order is confirmed.
- For products available for order, the delivery time is specified separately for each order, depending on product availability and delivery terms.
Order processing begins after the order is confirmed and payment is received.
Delivery Methods
We offer flexible delivery options tailored to our customers’ needs:
- Courier service across Estonia – the goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
- Pickup from the warehouse – available by prior arrangement. The exact time will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
Transport and Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the:
- size and weight of the order
- delivery address
- selected shipping method
The exact delivery costs are displayed when the order is placed or are provided to the customer as part of the quote.
Bulk Orders
For larger quantities or recurring orders, we offer:
- personalized price quotes
- flexible delivery and payment terms
